Isha Sirohia — Founder, GoodWysh
Isha Sirohia is the Founder of GoodWysh, a Kolkata-based luxury gifting concierge she started to solve a problem she saw clearly: that thoughtful gifting had become rushed and generic, even as relationships — personal and professional — still demanded real care. Isha leads GoodWysh's day-to-day, from curation to client relationships to building the team behind the brand, and she is the personal curator behind Privé Club, GoodWysh's invite-only tier for its most discerning clients. Her approach to the business has been described, in her co-founder's words, as one built on compounding — treating every single order, in the early days, as proof the brand was on the right path, and building from there with patience rather than shortcuts.

Rohan Sirohia is the Co-Founder of GoodWysh and also the founder of Goodwyn Tea – Blend For Good, a premium tea brand supplying blends to over 1,000 hotels across India. His background in building a quality-first, relationship-driven brand from the ground up — sourcing, systems, and long-term thinking over short-term sales — informs how GoodWysh is run: with the same patience it takes to grow a tea garden. At GoodWysh, Rohan focuses on the operating backbone of the business — the structure, the process, the discipline — so that every gift GoodWysh sends out is as reliable as it is beautiful.
