These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.goodwysh.com (the "Website") and the purchase of any products or services from GoodWysh, a brand operated by Silver Leaf Tea Private Limited ("GoodWysh", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use the Website or place an order. If you are placing an order on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

## 2. Our Products and Pricing

- All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- GoodWysh does not run discounts, promotional offers, or coupon codes. Prices displayed on the Website are final.
- While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, in the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

## 3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email or message from us. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by you, as every GoodWysh gift is personalised and prepared specifically for that order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, error in pricing or product information, or where an item is no longer available, in which case any amount paid will be refunded.

## 4. Personalisation Content

Where you submit a personal message, name, or other content to be included with your gift, you are solely responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, and legality of that content. GoodWysh reserves the right to decline to print or include any content that it considers offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate, and will contact you to resolve the matter before dispatch where practical.

## 5. Payments

All payments on the Website are processed securely through Razorpay, a Reserve Bank of India regulated and PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. GoodWysh does not store your complete card details or banking credentials. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms and policies.

## 6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and design, is the property of Silver Leaf Tea Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

When using the Website, you agree not to:

- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
